Arancia Spritz
Orange curaçao adds a dash of bittersweet depth to this lush Spritz.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. sweet vermouth (Monteverde uses Carpano Antica)
- ½ oz. dry orange curaçao (Monteverde uses Pierre Ferrand)
- 1½ oz. club soda
- 2 oz. Prosecco
- Dash Angostura bitters
Garnish
Orange peel
Drinkware
Wine glass
Preparation
Combine the ingredients in a wine glass, except the Prosecco. Add ice and stir to chill. Top with Prosecco. Garnish.
