Asiatic Manhattan

A spin on a Manhattan using Japanese Whisky, Gran Classico, and Asian Pear Syrup. The pear syrup and the cinnamon flavors from the Old Fashioned bitters give it a wintery and festive taste.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Yamazaki 12 year old
- .5 oz Gran Classico
- .5 oz Asian Pear Syrup
- 2 dashes each Orange and Old Fashioned bitters
Preparation
Stir ingredients and garnish with an orange twist (& optional Asian Pear chip)
